Project Fusion of Art & Technology – Tivoli Twente
Tivoli Twente was the result of Project Fusion of Art & Technology. Our client, the city of Enschede (Gemeente Enschede) told us that most tourist don‘t bother to visit the beautiful old city hall – also because they think it is a restricted area. The municipality wanted to be become more friendly and transparent – and our team took that briefing literally.
Based on the original blueprints, we recrea- ted the city hall as a wireframe-model and gave it an old school amusement park look. The main attraction here is the „Magic Lens“, a customized app that uses augmented reality and soundscape to discover the hidden stories inside of the city hall.
Our team consisted of 6 people. I was responsible for the concept, branding and partially for the wireframe model, especially the iconic tower of the city hall.
